Casa Muuch Holbox - Solo Adultos

I stayed at Casa Muuch a couple weeks ago and the hotel and location are beautiful! With only 6 rooms, it feels very private and calm. The location was a bit further than expected from downtown but the trade off is, again, the privacy. The Concierge, Maria, answered all my questions and helped us booked a tour, she was amazing and super friendly! The breakfast was delicious!! I 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax.

I booked a room through their website which stated it was refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to the reservation. I had to cancel well within the timeline and did this through their website. It has been 30 days of back and forth, stringing along waiting for almost £700 to be refunded. Unprofessional to say the least.

We had no wifi, no light, no water and no electricity for 2 of our 3 nights here. They say it was because of a storm on the island, but the storm was for the final night only and other rooms had lights on (even though we had paid for the most expensive room). What’s worse, is I had to pay the full room rate regardless of not receiving the BASIC facilities I had paid for. No water for 2 nights in particular was very hard and to not be paid back for this was awful customer service and frankly, fraudulent advertising

View is as seen on the pictures amazing! Breakfast at the pool is delicious and comes again with an incredible view.

Rooftop area is not really usuable since it has no umbrella/shade or sun beds. 2 of our towels had little stains on them - no big deal but at this price level it shouldn't happen.

Everything, the place it's beautiful, very very near of the beach.
