"Excelente ubicación pero hay que indicar que no tiene ascensor y es una quinta planta"

Excelente ubicación sin duda en pleno centro, fácil de llegar y trasladarnos a visitar la ciudad.

Una quinta planta sin ascensor con unas escaleras antiguas y peligrosas, y esto no venia reflejado cuando hicimos la reserva. También comentar que deberían arreglar las humedades y poner camas nuevas, sobre todo en la habitación principal, bastante lamentable la verdad...

Piso amplio y con muy buena ubicación

La ducha del dormitorio principal no lo hemos utilizado ya que no deshaguaba bien y se inundaba todo el cuarto de baño

"El piso precioso pero mejorable en cosas mínimas de ditas"

La situación

Que no se vea a primera vista que tiene 4 pisos y no tiene ascensor. Las almohadas demasiado pequeñas. Dejar un poco de café para el primer día por lo menos y alguna otra cosa. Le falta de un mínimo de necesidades básicas… no cuesta nada dejar un poco de aceite, café, jabón, más papel higiénico…

"We loved Santander but the apartment did not meeet our expectations"

Great located in the center and nice view from the living room. Walking distance to almost everything. Comfortable beds. Good exercise to walk up the stairs a few times a day since it’s on floor 4 and no elevator.

The apartment is a bit worn out. Kitchen is missing a bit of equipment not all basic stuff in place. We stayed for more than a week and for sure would have liked to had a vacuum cleaner etc. Since it located in the center with a lot of restaurants and nightclubs on the street below it’s quit noisy. It got a bit quieter between 03:00-07:00. We loved Santander but the apartment was not great value for the price we paid. Next time we will go for another apartment.

Fantastic location and beautiful bay views. The apartment was clean, very spacious, and perfect for a family gathering—we even had meals all together. Despite the stairs, the comfort and views made it worth it.

For summer travelers used to air conditioning, having a few fans would make the stay even more enjoyable.
