The staff were alright and there are water dispensers and refillable jugs to reduce plastic waste.

Room STINKS of mold. Really, really bad mold smell, mold on ceilings, mold on pillows. Soundproofing is a DISASTER. Lots of men and children in the corridors talking loudly in Tamil, watching videos on their phones on max volume, and you hear EVERYTHING. TV did not work, Aircon kept getting a filter error every 30 minutes. I can pay less and get a much better place in KL City. Don't be fooled by the pitchers.
