Confortable Apt para 9pax en el centro de Madrid E3

The location is excellent. Very easy to arrive from public transport. The sun shines on the front door. The property is large, with several bunk beds and two 2 people beds. Good for large groups. Better with warm weather.

The reason my rating isn't higher is because the heating wasn't on or was on at a minimum, so it was very cold inside the house in December. We took the bed covers from the empty beds to sleep warm. The house is definitely thought for Madrid's hot weather, in which case the freshness would be pleasant. The house is a ground floor so the door is directly to the street. There is some pedestrian noise, but you can't see inside from outside.

Place is in the middle of everything, walking distance to all the best areas of the city and also bus stop and metro.

Not well equipped for large groups, only two small rolls of paper for 7 people for three days, we had to go and get more, also no paper towel in the kitchen, stove and fridge very small, we found hair on the floor in the kitchen, a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we killed two cockroaches, and unit was very cold we tried to turn in the heater but the remotes didn’t have batteries.
