Room With A view

The owners were wonderful, they treat you like family and we loved visiting with them. The living space is large and you have a full kitchen and TV room you can use. The deck is nice with views. Two wine cellars down the road. Church road winery and Mission estates which we liked. Close to drive to places. Breakfast was cereal, breads, fruit, yoghurt. They were great dairy free items. The decor was good. Coffee latte machine!!!

Even though it says air conditioning and private bath. Two bedrooms have access to one room with a toilet and another room with shower and tub. One bedroom has a fan which was good but the other had no fan. You can open windows but then you do get a few flies. We would however gladly stay here again.

Beautiful Scandi-style residence overlooking the Napier coastline in the distance. Friendly and accommodating hosts Grant & Marie who even tolerated us after our wine-tasting tour. Nice continental-style breakfast.

Excellent hosts! Very accomodating, beautiful home with the best lil fur babies to greet us everyday. Amazing view and amaculate cleanliness. The outdoor fire place was a treat and our whole family enjoyed the media room together. Would recommended 100%. The breakfast was also great and the finer touches make all the difference. We enjoyed the korero with our hosts too!

That we had to leave after 2 nights...

Grant and Marie were the perfect hosts and their dogs were a great salve for fellow dog owners missing their mate. Never felt so welcome and relaxed. Absolute luxury with unbelievable breakfast.

Having to leave so soon after only one night

An exceptional property, beautifully maintained, with outstanding views. A first class bed and breakfast experience.

We have stayed before and will stay again. The hosts are wonderful people, and the facilities are exceptional, with private lounge to use, great outdoor area, large bathroom with bath and every convenience you could want.

Marie and Grant were wonderful hosts. They greeted us like friends they already knew and made our stay very comfortable. They are happy to sit down and have a chat with you and hear about your travelling experiences, or just as happy to leave you to your own space. We left feeling like we have definitely made new friends.

There is not one thing I could actually fault. The thought and detail put into providing this honestly is immaculate. An actual quilt, instead of the annoying hotel sheet wrapped around the quilt scenario, was wonderful and comfortable. Lovely dark coloured towels instead of white towels. No worrying about make-up staining the face cloths. I have total bathroom envy. The view is spectacular. You can see all the way down to the harbour. There isn't anything that hasn't been thought of here .
