Perfekt läge i Citta Vecchia. Nära järnvägstation. Vacker lägenhet med allt man kan önska sig. Och det bästa var det underbara värdparet Alicia och Angelo. Vi fick all hjälp vi behövde och rekommendationer till restaurang och matmarknad.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Cinzia und Angelo, die auch immer wieder Hilfe anboten. Zentral gelegene, sehr saubere Wohnung mit schnellem WLAN. Aufwendig installierte Wasseraufbereitungsanlage in der Küche sorgt für gutes Trinkwasser. Hohes Sicherheitsgefühl durch Fenstervergitterung inklusive Moskitonetz und stabile Wohnungstür.

Wohnung für unseren Geschmack überdekoriert zu Lasten von Funktionalität und Praktikabilität Küchenausstattung eher dürftig, lädt nicht zum Kochen ein Wohnungsgröße wird mit 70 qm angegeben, wir schätzen sie eher auf 45-55 qm. Für uns war anhand der Bilder und Beschreibungen nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um eine Souterrainwohnung handelt und das Wohnzimmer nur ein kleines Oberlicht aber keine Fenster hat. Folglich ist zu jeder Tageszeit Kunstlicht erforderlich sowie eingeschränkte Belüftungsmöglichkeit nur über Küchen- und Schlafzimmerfenster im Erdgeschoss des kleinen Hinterhofes.

It was very clean, many nice details. Hosts were very frendly and ready to help. We came after midnight and they were flexibile and waiting for us.. Also, it was great to have a parking place very close to center of Palermo.

It was clean and cozy house close to the city centre. The host is very nicy and helpful

Location: easy access by train or bus, near to main street Via Maqueda, very quiet due to windows to courtyard. Big and cozy apartment

Beautifully renovated apartment

Let down by lack of attention to detail. Sheets and blankets too small for the bed. Host offered to change them for a fee, which I felt unfair considering the bed linen didn't suit the bed in the first place. This would have made the bed comfortable. Water pressure from the wash basin in bathroom was no more than a trickle. It was almost unusable. The shower drain was very slow, but at least the water pressure in the shower was good. Lack of cutlery. No Bread knife., but good supply of plastic cups. Nice to have a coffee machine, but pretty useless without a plentiful supply of coffee pods. Just a few little adjustments would make this an outstanding apartment. Unfortunately on this occasion it didn't quite make the grade. Found the host to be pleasant.
