"Superb"

Beatrice and Jacopo are very forthcoming, nice and amazing hosts! You could immediately see that they put a lot of love, thought and effort into the apartment. Everything was very neat and cosy. The flat is located near the Piazza Repubblica and Fortezza Nouva, so there are also some restaurants nearby. The parking was also well organized in a closed garage building just 3 walking minutes away from the flat. We were even able to park the car even though we arrived way before the possible check-in time. And later the check-in to the apartment was also very easy.

We arrived in the middle of a very heavy heat wave, and although in the flat it was way cooler than outside, without air conditioning it was a bit difficult to get a rest. On the other hand, it was an exceptional heatwave indeed, even for Italian conditions (temperatures over 35°C).

The apartment was fantastic, clean, with nice terrace 👌 the owners greeted us personally (very nice people ❤️), prepared folder with all the information needed, with recommended restaurants and tourist places worth attention and maps. We had a feeling we are very welcome there.

The whole apartment was cured to the last detail. Very nice decorated, fully equipped and with a very homey vibe. The owners very helpful, available and with lots of tips ready for visiting Livorno. As for cleanliness, everything was spotless. Honestly cannot recommend it enough.

the district is a bit dodgy and no secure parking space in the area, bedroom with the window directly onto the street- a little noisy

Very nice tidy equiped apartment in Livorno city centre, next to amenities... Friendly owner couple. Highly - recommended.

Difficult to park car...but it's normal to old Italian city centre...
