Piso en mal estado, TV no funciona, ventanas no cierran, colchones amarillos, ducha rota, sofá muy socio y roto…

Lo que más gusto fue la amabilidad del señor que me entregó la llave que me dejó entrar antes

Es un piso grande, todas las habitaciones son amplias y el baño también. El edificio se ve bastante nuevo. Está al final de la playa (en la calle de atrás) y tiene un supermercado cerquita. No es difícil aparcar por la zona.

La decoración es muy básica, no esperen un piso bonito, es solo funcional, con lo justo. Tiene muy poca vajilla y eso hace que no se pueda usar el lavavajillas, es imposible llenarlo mínimamente con lo que hay en la casa. No encontramos el secador de pelo. La mampara de la ducha y una ventana de un dormitorio estaban rotas, aunque no le dijimos nada al anfitrión hasta que nos fuimos porque eran pocos días y no queríamos estar pendientes de que viniesen a arreglarlo.

The apartment has a good location, just one block from the ocean. 200m away, there is a big free parking slot. The town is nice and peaceful, with a promenade and two public beaches. There is a good food store not far away.

The kitchen equipment should be improved, e.g., 3 forks for the 5-man capacy apartment is too little. Also the shower is old and the shower doors are broken.

Excellent location, close to the ocean.

The flat is "merged" with the flats above. All the noise, smells is shared between the 2 flats. You basically feel like living with the neighbours above you. There is no ventilation in the bedrooms, so we had to keep the door open. We were the family of 5, the 5th bed was sofa - located besides the garage door converted to a wall. But it was so thin, one can hear every footstep outside.

Impressive price, quiet location, near sea but you cannot swim there. Supermarket Bolanos 3 minutes walk - definitely best prices. You have to have a car, It is a bit apart from bus stops to main destinations. Big parking 2 minutes walk, plenty of space. Great for the price 👍
