Bed was pretty uncomfortable and very cheap linen

Great property for a quick stay in Manchester. Shared bathroom facilities were clean and the kitchen is well supplied with appliances.

Shared bathroom facilities is a little awkward if staying in the ground floor room as the only shower is on the top floor. There was also no iron and one shared hairdryer to 4 rooms.

the bed sheets smelled like urine, the bed was super small for 2 people, the room was not very clean, very thin walls

The rooms aren’t soundproof hence can get very noisy at times depending on the other guests. There is a constant buzzing noise in the suite room that can be heard every time the lights are turned on in the shared bathroom which is just next to the suite room. This sound often feels like torture and you can get very disturbed sleep if any other guest forgets to turn off the light or using the bathroom at night.

Good location, quiet cul-de-sac, 5 min taxi to the city centre, parking space for multiple cars

You get a bed and that’s about it. Comfy and a good night sleep but some more amenities would be welcome
