nice stay with two young children, the space is really well utilised, key access was easy enough and parking space easy to use. kitchen is equipped with the basics and it was a comfortable stay. moderate walk or quick drive to most city attractions.

The location great for us and it was very comfortable. Nice amenities. Free carpark was excellent. Nicely furnished.

The staff members Lexie was possibly the rudest person I have ever met whilst travelling In Over 30 years and was very hostile towards us. She called me a liar twice when trying to get the check Information which we could not access. Literally myself and husband liars. We were parked in the visitor carpark and she accused us of driving and said stop lying. Then accused us again when she said the information had been sent via message. I said I had not received it hence why I am calling. Again she told me to stop lying. She then said she would resend the information and hung up on me. I was very polite to her and am completely flabbergasted to her reaction. We really didn't want to stay and nearly cancelled. Luckily the apartment was nice and comfy. I manage 6 5* apartments in Australia and this was the last stop on our 2 week NZ journey. Unfortunately left a bad memory.

Location was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen, carpark and proximity to carpark entrance. Rooms were great, two little outdoor areas to relax in. Bedrooms good size.

We didn’t stay longer.

Comfortable unit nicely laid out, free allocated undercover secure parking, comfortable lounge and bedrooms, good shower with plenty of water presssure.

Lock on the bathroom door needs attention all else good

Good, comfortable place for a family: 2 adults, 2 kids aged 6 and 11. A washing machine with a dryer is very helpful with kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is very close to the city center and a bus stop.

Having a handheld/portable vacuum will be good, especially with kids around.
