Posizione buona a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia. L'appartamento e il giardino rimangono piuttosto appartati rispetto a chi è fronte/strada.

Suggerirei di pulire di più. Il tappeto cucina era macchiato e il mobile della sala aprendo i cassetti usciva odore di vecchio. Una pitturata una volta all'anno e togliere quel mobile della sala anni 70 non sarebbe male.
