Warunki bardzo dobre. Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Cena adekwatna do jakości. Ładnie umeblowane mieszkanie, czysto.

Jedynie małe 2 minusiki to dużo mrówek w mieszkaniu i brak czajnika.
