Apartament spatios. Locatia potrivita pentru noi. Caldura din belsug (am inchiriat in luna decembrie). Parcare privata.

Desi un apartament promitator, de la prima vedere a parut imbacsit si nu foarte ingrijit. Proprietarul nici nu stia ca avem rezervarea in ziua respectiva, desi facusem o solicitare cu 3 sapt inainte (dupa ce am achitat integral)- solicitare la care nu a raspuns. Am primit detalii despre check-in la insistentele noastre (cu 1 ora inainte de a ajunge). Desi am inchiriat pt 3 adulti, am gasit lenjeria spalata (umeda) pe un uscator in living. Lenjeria de pe patul din camera parea folosita (mult par si un miros neplacut). Camera nu are televizor, doar un suport pentru acesta, parand abandonat pe perete. Mobilier scorojit, lampa din camera murdara, pereti crapati. Un aer imbacsit. Am apreciat ca exista un espressor Krups si am sperat ca macar acesta sa compenseze, dar odata pornit aparea o eroare legata de rasnita pentru cafea- nefunctional, deci. Cred ca poate fi imbunatatita conditia apartamentului, cu mai multa bunavointa si implicare din partea proprietarului.

Curatenie, liniste, are toate dotarile necesare, loc de parcare gratuit, foarte aproape de VIVO Mall

Stradutele din cartier au benzile cat masina. Este deosebit de interesant cand te intalnesti cu alta masina in curbe!!
