Location, easy check in

The bed sheets and towels were dirty. We reserved for 5 people and we only had clean things for one bed. The staff told us to clean towels and sheets ourselves in the washing machine even though we only stayed for one night. The toilet by the entrance had no light bulb (first photo) and the ceiling in the bathroom is falling apart (second photo).

Central location. Trams and train across the road. Short walk to the medina.

Bathroom dated. The loo seat was bust and the shower head was very leaky. Only 1 power point in bedroom and it was tight behind a wardrobe.
