Heart of Aberdeen * Ground Floor

This is a GREAT little spot, and it was a great place to explore Aberdeen. There was easy access to the bus station and local restaurants. The bathroom was excellent, with a nice rain shower. The laundry facilities were very easy to use. The living room couch / TV / kitchen room was great for unwinding. Just everything you want from a rental home and far more comfortable than a hotel room.

Bed/mattress wasn't fabulously comfortable - just adequate.

I was up for work so the location was fine for me as it was about a 7 minute walk to the office. It was in a quiet perhaps studenty type residential area, ok for me but probably about 10-15 min walk away from main high street and train station etc. Good shower in bathroom. Full kitchen if you want to go self catering.

Could do with full curtains in bedroom. Blinds didn't block all the light so the sunlight came through just after 4.30am. I personally found the bed matress too warm but maybe in the winter that wouldn't be an issue.

Location was great with grocery stores nearby, a bus stop a short walk and close to what we needed. Wifi waaas essential and it worked well

We didn't understand how to get the TV working initially, finally got it going but very limited. I'm sure others would be able to do this ok.

The property was very modern with nice decor, had all the facilities needed and also a nice touch was a complimentary bottle of wine and some sweets from the host

On the last day, at 10 o'clock in the morning the cleaner opened the door and put the vacuum cleaner and the garbage bag into the house

The close proximity to town and the beach was what made my stay blessed. The location is nice, safe, clean rooms, and laundry. Will highly recommend 👌

I couldn’t find anything to dislike about the apartment as everything was fantastic. Heated floor in wet room and brilliant shower, comfy couch to relax during the evening after work, everything you need in a modern kitchen and nice bed to sleep in. Warm flat throughout and very clean. Location to city centre is great and no need for car.
