Finca La Gaviota - Los Limoneros

Muy cómoda la casita de Roberto en Icod de los Vinos. Elegimos una con jacuzzi privado y un gran jardín y la verdad es que lo aprovechamos al máximo. ¡Una pasada por las noches! Está en un lugar aislado y silencioso cerca de todos los lugares de interés del norte de la isla (que son muchos) Roberto estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades en todo momento.

No tiene aire acondicionado y solamente contamos con un ventilador. Sin embargo, con las ventanas abiertas por la noche se puede dormir aunque haga mucho calor durante el día.

Unos días maravillosos en familia, segunda vez que estamos y seguiremos repitiendo porque nos encanta .

Las instalaciones

El trato del personal, el chico que nos hizo la entrada, RAYCO muy amable y atento. La batidora no funcionaba y nos dio otra sin problemas, nos explicó todo muy bien! El alojamiento muy espacioso, tenía de todo y más! Los jardines muy cuidados, unas vistas muy bonitas! Sin duda volveremos!

Por decir algo estaría bien tener ventiladores en todas la habitaciones ya que no disponen de aire acondicionado, nos cogió una ola de calor y aunque teníamos un ventilador lo pasábamos a las otras habitaciones!

Exceptionally calm place, with a view of snowy Teide from the jakuzzi. Roberto is a fantastic host.

The shore around is rocky, but good beaches within half an hour drive. Due to rough terrain You need some courage to approach the place the first time, but sunshine helps.

The place is very beautiful with a wonderful garden. The city and shops can be reached by car. On foot it would be quite difficult because of the steep slope. The host welcomed us and gave precise instructions for using the pool, jacuzzi and gave good directions for the island's attractions. A huge pleasure is the jacuzzi in the yard, which provides a wonderful end to the day. We were very satisfied with our stay.

It can be said that the house itself is quite noisy. The doors make a loud creaking sound, the pipes in the bathroom vibrate and are also very noisy. Especially if the toilet is used at night, the sound of the pipes wakes everyone up. If these little flaws are fixed it would be perfect.

The place is exactly as described, very spacious, separate bedrooms, beautiful yard with palm trees and jacuzzi! We loved the atmosphere there. Kitchen is rather well equipped to be able to cook.

Whilst the apartment had everything needed for a good stay - such as bed linen, enough towels, etc, it was rather odd that there wasn't any soap in either of the bathrooms which I believe is a very basic thing to have. It could be great if the host can fix this for the future.

We loved our stay here, the lovely quiet location was perfect for us as a family. I do recommend a car to see the island. Lidl is close by so you can cook your own meals with the fully equipped kitchen. We had a few minor problems with the Jacuzzi but the owner was very accommodating and sorted it out very quickly.
