Oversized 2-Bedroom on the Ocean

Nos gusto, que la playa estaba a unos pasos, el apartamento muy comodo,

Que un sofa cama, estaba sucio con pelos, polvo, hasta uñas de pies, decidimos no utilizar los almohadones que estaban ahi, la cafetera color blanco estaba sucia, pero nada de eso, nos opaco las vacaciones

It was close to the beach! The house was spacious and homey

The balcony was not open construction on all parts of the building had to pay to valet park and was harassed about what I paid and why because of the staff not being on the same page or using the correct ticket.(paid full price) the listing says beach view but without the balcony there was not way to see the beach. Hole in bathroom wall windows were new but not yet caulked with loose tiles and possibility of breaking. in bathrooms dirty couch covered in stains the owner did send a crew immediately to try to help and they were fantastic main complaint was not knowing we had no balcony and overall cleanliness as well as one very bad egg employee Calease unprofessional or ill informed.

Lamentable, nadie nos comento que el edificio esta en reparacion , fui a descansar y me despertaban todos los dias a las 8hs con el martillo electrico, hicimos el reclamo por escrito 2 veces a BOOKING y nadie nos respondio. Creo que Booking deberia hacerse cargo de estos importantes detalles

J'ai vraiment aimé l'espace, nous étions 5 et il y avait de la place (4 lits queens, 2 salles de bains, 2 très grandes chambres, de très grand garde-robe. Il y a des laveuses et sécheuses sur l'étage qui sont très faciles à utiliser. J'ai adoré l'emplacement, c'était à 1 minute de marche de la plage et de 3 minutes en voiture du Wal-Mart (ça peut se faire à pieds aussi).

Nous avons eu des difficultés avec la télévision et le wi-fi (par internet) et la clim, mais les gens de Zen vacations ont répondus très vite à mes appels et ils ont envoyé des gens réparer le tout très rapidement:)

It was very spacious.

The showers had mold in them and leaked. There was water dripping the whole time. There was construction at the property that we were not told about ahead of time. The construction woke us up every day. There was not a lot of things in the kitchen. We didn’t have wash clothes or soap to wash our dishes. We only had 2 small garbage bags for a week.

Very spacious and modern place. Had everything we could ever need. Very close to the super Walmart, 7/11, and the beach

You need to buy a key fob (30$) per every 2 people. This key fob is required to access the beach and get back into the property.

The amount of space in the room was great.

Bathroom had mold, the air conditioner is awful, runs on and off all night but overall was never very cool, felt sticky all night long and at one point stop working. Pillows on bed were flat and the sheets were stained. Overall didn’t feel clean. Couches even have stains on them.

Location was great. Size of the apartment was good.

Apartment was not cleaned well upon arrival. Musty smell throughout apartment. Bathrooms and kitchen very outdated. Extremely low water pressure in showers.

The apartment was very spacious, the living room and bedrooms are nice and comfortable with nice large walk in closets, plenty of space to hang our clothes, plenty of drawers to fold your clothes. 2 queen sized beds in each bedroom. 3 TVS, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Location was great for us, Walmart is a short walk, some nice coffee shops and pastries near by, as well some great restaurants. Great view from balcony, parking lot lined with palm trees, looks over neighboring pool and a good view of the beach and ocean. Comes with 3 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella's and beach tent. NO BEACH TOWELS?? Building staff are amazing!!

The kitchen is very old and outdated (compared to the living room and bedrooms) it needs a good deep cleaning, dishwasher was covered in stuck on food, as well flooded the floor when we did use it. ( Dish towels where not provided to dry the dishes??) Dried up food left on the frying pans and utensils, so we had to re wash everything before we used it. The cupboards need a good wipe down (coffee drips, fingerprints etc.) a magic eraser can do wonders! (note to cleaners). The vents in the apartment need a good cleaning, full of gunk and dust same with the walls around the air conditioner. Bathrooms are large and nice counter space and big mirrors lots of lighting. However the tiles need to be either replaced or cleaned thoroughly. (pink mildew, leaky faucet, broken toilet paper holder). Bedroom window sills are filthy, windows not cleaned and broken living room vertical blind. Below find what the technician pulled out of the dishwasher.
