CAL'emplacement était très bien situé pour notre groupe qui sommes cyclistes. La présence d'un garage nous a permi de bien garer nos vélos et même de les recharger. Le logement est très spacieux et la vue du salon est magnifique !
Il y avait beaucoup de construction autour du bâtiment au moment de notre séjour. La vue arrière était donc un peu moche, mais sans soucis pour notre séjour.
ITThe view is so beautiful that it is hypnotic. The location is very strategic, between the city centre and Baleal beach. Excellent for those who want to take surf lessons.

DEDie Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Der Kontakt mit der örtlichen Betreuung war nett.
Gefrierschrank komplett vereist und die Plastikboxen waren teilweise, soweit überhaupt noch sichtbar, zerbrochen. Die Dekotür von dem Gefrierschrank war nicht mehr mit der Gefrierschranktür verbunden, Türscharniere einer Küchenschranktür defekt. Wasserboiler fällt immer mal wieder aus und muss dann neu gestartet werden. Duschwanne undicht und mit unübersehbaren Korrosionsschäden. Einige Schranktüren im Flur sehr schwergängig, bzw. lassen sich nicht öffnen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war gnädiger weise mit einer Decke abgedeckt, aber trotzdem mochte man sich da nicht hinsetzen. Unzureichende Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien und zerbrochene Mülleimer.
