Everything was in working order. Clean and nice place. It had towels for each person (6) along with the bedding and pillows. A well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, dishes, etc. There was washing-up liquid in the kitchen, as well as a water filter for clean drinking water. For longer stays, a washing machine with soap was available outside, along with a drying line. We had twin teens who enjoyed the pool table in the living area. There was also a small slide and other toys, which we did not need, but were available for younger children. There was a TV and a game, but we didn't use it as we were out in town for one night. There was also Wifi. There were 3 bedrooms: a king bed in one, a queen bed in another, and it was good to have the one with twin beds. There was a balcony, but we just looked out; we didn't use it to sit on. IF someone needed to go to the clinic/hospital, this place was well-located across the road.

Just a couple of suggestions: It would be great to have a rail with a shower curtain to keep the floor and area dry! Simple to fix and not expensive either. In case anyone slips in the high bathtub, it would be good to have a rail or mat. The main bathroom door was harder to close, so whoever was going in had to pull it hard. It was likely swollen due to wet floors, which made it noisy at night when one needed to go in and close it, or in the early morning as well. Otherwise, ALL was fine! Perhaps the apartment owners in the complex could come together and petition for a crosswalk with a light or a bridge overhead to be installed by the local authority. Looking outside, we saw people hurrying across the road from the hospital side with cars speeding down the road; it's not safe if someone tripped or was too slow crossing.

Netflix not functioning as well.. hope next time we got our Netflix

地理位置很方便，对面就是mahkota parade，穿过商场就是红屋和机场街，全部步行10分钟内能抵达。屋内设施很齐全，有完整的小厨房及烹饪用具，还有冰箱可以储存食物。也有一台洗衣机和一个小阳台，如果是要住比较多天数也很不错，衣服有得换洗。

床具的卫生不理想，被单很多发黄污渍，配置的榻榻米也很脏，也没有另外给榻榻米附干净的床单，枕头也是有睡过的发黄污渍。我跟我妈睡了一晚上隔天起来直接过敏，通常尘螨太严重才会导致我们这样。 还有就是门口guardhouse的员工很木讷服务很差，入口拥堵车没办法移进停车位，他们也只是站在旁边看，也不会帮忙把立牌移开，就站着看人家车来回移动就是不帮忙，很让人无语😑还有我们要归还access card 的时候，询问了要放置在哪里的locker（因为停车场出口下来旁边的lobby也有locker，公寓入口处也有locker），guard跟我们说要放在lobby的locker，幸好跟我通讯的人及时提醒放在门口locker就好，guard的服务真的是一团糟😑😑

Had a great stay! Easy parking access, smooth check-in and check-out process. The owner was really nice and helpful. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable
