Just about everything. Spotless, beautifully furnished, comfortable, great location. Fab televisions in lounge and bedroom. lovely kitchen and bathroom.

No toaster The Car Park space was very narrow, it didn't help that a large van was parked in the adjacent space to ours, I had to climb across to the passenger side to get out and in. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep, it would be a struggle if you have mobility issues

Up and down the internal stairs was a little tricky. Taking our shoes off in the entryway so as to not dirty the carpet.

Just lovely! Clean, comfortable with a sense of hospitality. Great location.

Tight parking, but happy there was a dedicated parking space.

The interior of the property was exceptional, well maintained, very homely & comfy with all the equipment you could need for self catering meals for myself contained within the kitchen. A large fridge, freezer, hob top, microwave and oven. A washer/dryer is also housed in the kitchen but I only used the washer, drying my washed cloths on the airier which was also provided. A large floor standing fan was provided in the main living area but I preferred to open the windows for fresh air instead. Streaming services where available on both the living room & bedroom T.V.s. Good lighting throughout the property as I have some sight loss issues. Toiletries where also provided in the high-end bathroom.

3 flights of stairs to reach the flat itself was unexpected. The parking is very tight, an extremely small entrance through two residential buildings driving in from the main road. The designated parking space is between the neighbouring flat owners, 1 large work van, 1 large SUV. Making entering my car difficult once parked, especially when it came time pack up to leave on departure.

Ease of access and the free parking

The apartment was well equipped, especially the kitchen. The accommodation is arranged over two levels. Situated in the centre of Boroughbridge the location was ideal for shops, cafes and pubs. Riverside paths and Canal towpath were both close, ideal for walking and offering access to open countryside. There was parking at the property with a dedicated space for the apartment.

I was disappointed to find the kitchen had not been fully tidied after the last occupant.
