Stefania and Roberto are excellent hosts. They genuinely make you feel at home away from home. They gave us advice and guidance about local restaurants and other businesses like a flower shop. They even booked us a table at a local restaurant, which turned out to be an excellent recommendation. We also enjoyed having a splash at the outdoor pool. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a real local hospitality experience in a tranquil environment.

The surrounding scenery was beautiful and the location was close to Tricesimo and very quiet

This Property is located right on the bicycle path, lovely hosts! We arrived, soaked by the rain on our bicycles, and Roberto drove us to a local restaurant. Both he and Stefania could not have been more helpful or gracious. They were absolutely wonderful. Oh, and fresh cherries off their tree, grappa, hot tea upon arrival😀We did not want to leave. Absolutely a wonderful experience. Extremely clean and quiet neighborhood.

Very friendly people, very nice hosts. We made a bicycle trip, could store our and charge our bikes safely.

Roberto and Stefania are great hosts. I had the opportunity to have dinner with them and enjoyed a good conversation. Very clean room and only 12 minutes away from downtown Udine.
