The location was excellent, right around and close to most of the activities in Graskop.

Electricity kept tripping and the owner did his best to assist. Even had an electrician came at night to assist. Still it was an issue again in the morning. However, it was the best

The fact the house was clean inside

I did not like the place and the attitude of the owner. At the gate and at the kitchen, there is a disclaimer that says you are entering at your own risk. We did not feel safe after reading that disclaimer. There is no security, there is no wifi, we were traveling with kids and we left our router cause on the advert we saw that there was wifi. When we called the owner to ask about the wifi and the disclaimer, he said I quote "jy praat kaak" he hung up the phone. When we tried to call again, he ignored our calls. We called booking.com to assist us, and they sent us back to the same owner who disrespected us and did not answer our call. We had to go and look for other accommodations.
