Excellent location and good parking. Lots of tea, coffee and biscuits provided with a comfy bed and Sky tv. Excelling lighting in the room to work by.

"A clean, spacious and comfortable room in a lovely road in Old Shoreham."

Light, spacious room with a very comfortable bed and quality white cotton bedding. The decor and furniture are all tasteful neutral colours. The en-suite is also decorated to high standards. Some nice little touches with the tea/coffee tray and mini fridge. Claire and Daniel are welcoming and friendly hosts.

"Very clean room and good facilities but room lacked privacy."

Comfy bed and pillows. Extremely clean. Very good facilities. Good location.

Found mouse trap behind chest of drawers which was unsettling. Lack of privacy - one of the hosts walked in on us without knocking (door was locked but they had a key). They then apologised as they thought we were out but proceeded to come in anyway and get an ironing board despite us lying on the bed with few clothes on due to hot weather.
