GBWe struggled to get in and after a very long flight this proved frustrating. It took us nearly 30-45 min to finally gain access and the apartment was not actually ready until 4pm, despite multiple comms to say we would be able to check in at 2pm
Better communication on how to gain access, especially if parking is not available in front of the building
ZAThe location was incredible, it was very spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view!
The main bedroom shower had no pressure and the drain was blocked. The cupboards in the main bedroom were limited, as most were locked.
ZAIt was easy to communicate with guest relations. The property was clean, modern and inviting, even the coffee pods and biscuits were of great quality.

ZAEverything was perfect, we as a family enjoyed everything. It was a very nice place to stay, I will highly recommended to any one.
The Parking was very narrow.

ZAVery well furnished. Has everything you need especially on a day where the weather isn’t great there is enough to keep you occupied. Laundry machines are a great bonus.
Note housekeeping isn’t included in the rate and to add it on costs an arm, leg and lung. It’s furnished to make up for where it lacks. The view to the front and back is nice but the pictures make it seem better than it really is, it isn’t experienced the same way when you are in the apartment. What’s not shown as well is the view straight into your neighbours apartments (picture attached). Would be nice if there was some wooden screen to block this out. The kitchen window was filthy hence one couldn’t enjoy the view of the mountain you pay to see. The managing agent said they would notify the owner and nothing came of it which was abit annoying. The secure covered parking bay is tiny so don’t count on it if you have a car (unless it’s a Jimmy). You will need to park on the road or outside parking at the back of the building. The intercom system linked to a random cellphone on charge in the kitchen isn’t the most user friendly. Also the check in Agent needs training she didn’t cover a lot of things which we needed to figure out on our own, like the cellphone/intercom gadget, trash spot in the building etc. Main shower drain was blocked on entry, had to entertain maintenance the next day because only you and the housekeeping lady have keys to the unit. So if you don’t pay for extra housekeeping then there is no one else to open. Nothing is perfect but for the price you pay the service should be very close perfect..
