KaYa Tinos Luxury Villa - Helios

Το κατάλυμα ηταν φανταστικό! Μείναμε 6 άτομα για το τριήμερο του Αγίου Πνεύματος και πραγματικά ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας! Ηταν πολύ άνετο με πλήρης εξοπλισμό και πεντακάθαρο. Είναι πολύ κοντά στην παραλία (10 λεπτά με τα πόδια) σε πολύ όμορφο μέρος με μαγευτική θέα την παραλία κι το ηλιοβασίλεμα.. Όσο για τους οικοδεσπότες τον κο Γιάννη και την κα Κατερίνα τι να πω ,υπέροχοι άνθρωποι , ευγενικοί κι πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν . Μας έδωσαν πολύ χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για το νησί. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους , θα μείνετε άπειρα ευχαριστημένοι με την εμπειρία που σου δίνει αυτό το κατάλυμα!

A great villa with the most incredible sunset views of Agios Romanos bay. A short, but steep (and very rewarding!) walk up and down to the beautiful sandy beach, with crystal clear waters and a great taverna. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows, there's a very well equipped kitchen and smart TV's in every room. Perfect outside space for relaxing, swimming and eating. The hosts are incredibly friendly and responsive with tons of great local recommendations. We loved it

The property is amazing - location, views, interior and the outdoor space is spectacular! The owners are so lovely, staying in a villa below, so are close by for anything you need. There is cleaning everyday which is amazing! I couldn’t fault one thing, I will 100% be back!

Nothing - everything was fantastic!

This place is a secret find, like escaping into another world . The layout, especially the outdoor area, is perfectly thought out (shaded areas, pool overlooking the sea, a discreet rack to hang wet suits, a huge dining table for memory making). We didn’t spend much time inside, but it was comfortable with everything we needed. Wonderful mattresses and pillows. Shower felt like being in a spa and toiletries smelt divine. The kitchen is very well equipped, including appliances should you need them. Easily accommodated our group of 4.

We loved everything, but be advised that the road to the house is impressive the first time around (you get used to it). Small trade off for such an amazing view. I would recommend doing groceries in Tinos before arrival as no stores nearby. We did have breakfast and dinner down at the beach restaurant which was close by, so that’s always an option.

Lovely views. Incredible hosts- Very kind and helpful. Modern property with excellent amenities. Comfortable bed as quality linen/towels. Comfortably accommodated our family of five for a short visit. Hosts are amazing.

Everything about the house was beyond our expectations. The stay was truly wonderful, owing mostly to the house and owners who were extremely helpful and welcoming. The house is exactly as described and even better in person! Very well equipped, stunning (!!) views, really comfortable. Perfect location, a drive away from any attraction in Tinos. Super quiet, elegant, tidy. We would recommend to everyone, families, couples..! Our daughter had a massage which the hosts very kindly facilitated - top. All in all we had zero problems, everything was perfect and we will definitely come back and spread good word about KaYa house.
