The location was fine and I liked it has self check in option.

Floor extremely dirty. Towels - some were new, one was old and had a hole in it. When taking a shower, water was coming out in the bathroom from underneath the bath.

"Amazing place with everything i needed"

Property was absolutely great, way better than others at the same residential complex. I was the first person to rent it and it was amazing, all new and modern, comfortable and practical. Space was great and tastefully furnished, really felt like my own place away from home. I will definitely look it up every time i come over because it's super close to stores and transport and everything i need.

It didn't have a balcony and i am a smoker but that was a super small inconvenience and it was clear from description and photos so nothing on their end.
