Wasnt as clean as it could have been

Very central location, close to the sea. That's about the only thing going for this property. If you're in Brighton on a stag or hen do and are extremely tolerant of run down, grimey vibes then this place will do.

A lot of the facilities and furniture are broken to the point of being unsafe. Many lights, bed and sofa frames, exterior windows, door locks, shower heads, cabinets, and oven knobs are broken. The main door lock is digital and ran of battery, leaving our group locked out at night. The host eventually picked up the phone and told us a DIY solution involving jump starting the lock with batteries purchased at our own expense, which he hasn't refunded despite promising to. The whole time he sounded like he couldn't be asked to deal with our problem.

Cleanliness, a lot of mould in the bathrooms.

Bedding had been changed.

Filthy! Ground in dirt and broken items. No correspondence from company before, or throughout our stay. No instructions on how to use tv/internet or unlock the doors into the outdoor space. Would not stay here again!
