păcat că oameni care vin la diferite cursuri nu citesc regulamentul de la SPA

Special thanks to the staff for helping us celebrate and enjoy our time there so much! The resort is lovely and surrounded by nature. Spa includes one big pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a kids' pool. Restaurant is exceptional, especially for dinner. Thanks again :)

Chekin ul se face destul de târziu asta ar fii un minus ,noi am venit cu un bebelus destul de dimineața ca sa poate dormi pe mașină, si ne am cazat pe la un 2 .

The restaurant had very good food and the prices were acceptable.

The lady receptionist wasn’t very professional when she welcomed us and seemed a bit annoyed when she dealt with us. Also, we had to wait quite some time for her to finish a phone conversation with other clients about some wrong bookings . The 2 key cards from the room didn’t work and she said sometimes they’re like that and we have to place them on top of each other and then the door opens - not very optimal to have two keys if they only work together. Also, it was pitch black on the hallway and we needed to use the phone flash to find the room and open it; we notified the receptionist but only the evening after they fixed the light. When we got into the room, we noticed they changed the room and it wasn’t what we booked. Then we went back down again to the reception, told her our issue and then she gave us the right room ( she didn’t seem very happy about the change because she said two out of those four rooms are already booked and it seemed she wanted to keep the other two rooms on ‘hold’ for someone). When we wanted to use the jacuzzi, that didn’t work, so we just used it as a normal bathtub… Also, before our trip, we were promised a voucher/day for the restaurant (the stay was for 2 nights) and free massage because the SPA was closed (we couldn’t see they have renovations when we booked the room). When we got there, the receptionist said the massages are not included and we have to book them from an external third party that they have an agreement with, and pay for them ourselves if we still wanted them. This wasn’t according to the agreement we had over the phone… Overall, we weren’t that pleased with our stay. Only the restaurant had good food but it’s kind of bothersome to walk outside in the rain and cold to get to another building where the restaurant is.
