Zenith Luxury Apartments Near Kaiki Beach

The location, the cleanliness, the two terraces, one was always in the sun while the other was in the shade and than the end of the day it changed, the simple and clean decor, the kitchen, the availability of bikes, the extreme swiftness of communication with the owner.

I loved staying at Spetses House ! It’s like the perfect hotel room, but with kitchen included and TWO terrace balcony’s . With all the windows open it’s just lovely and bright. One of the best small ( sand ) beaches is 2 minutes walking distance across the road down a secret “alley” Also one of the best restaurants in Spetses is 4 mins walk It’s about a 15 min walk to the center of Spetses along the sea side. This is a plus as it’s less noisy than further in I highly recommend this stay !

We had been to Spetses previously and returned for a final few days as we loved it so much. This little house far exceeded our expectations, with a charming front courtyard where we could drink a glass of wine (provided by the host!) and watch the horse and carts trot by. House was large and well stocked with ample room and a washing machine. I have stayed in 19 different booking.com spots over the last four months and this was one of the most charming and best value. Host arranged for us to rent three bikes for 2 days as just 30 euros total (far less than I'd been quoted at bike shop). A lovely experience.

Very cute, super location walking distance to the beach but also to a lovely coffee shop and Ntapia, clean, nice bed mattress and sheets, newly renovated, had everything I needed including a washing machine and an iron.

It could change the towels and bed sheets every three days included in the price

Location: Great Area / Neighborhood and close to amazing restaurants. Size : Very convenient for 4 people in our case. Facilities : Everything is available ! (except a smart tv but that's just a small detail ) Style : Cute with renovated kitchen and bathroom. Check in : super easy As a whole , very very happy with the house !

I can't think of anything related to the house , love it !. Just a shame that transportation from that spot is a bit limited , and because of weddings and the limited taxis , it was challenging to get around outside the town .
