Nice, cosy cottage. Perfect for weekend break .

The location is excellent, just 10 minutes walk into Marlborough. Property was nice and warm. Bed was clean and comfortable.

If 4 people were staying there isn't enough sofa seating. It would benefit from a washing machine after muddy walks. Needs some drawer storage upstairs.

Renovated and well-located cottage around a 10 minute walk from the centre of Marlborough town. Everything was very clean and the heating worked well. Lovely to have milk, jam and croissants left in the fridge upon arrival. Hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive.

The cottage was sparsely furnished downstairs - particularly in the lounge room. The beds were very soft and uncomfortable. There was no ironing board or WiFi.

The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. It was in a good location about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of Marlborough and 5 mins walk to a supermarket. It was warm and there was plenty of hot water. It was comfortable for 2 people.

There were no glasses at all -only 2 plastic wine glasses (but that is easily rectified.) In the 2nd bedroom there was no hanging space or drawers for clothes but was in the main bedroom. There was only 1 hand towel provided, we did need 2 but again easily rectified. The back double bedroom is noisy because the boiler is in the room and fires intermittently at night and the boiler clock ticks as well so would need to be switched off if it was too disturbing for guests. There were no instructions re the heating so I didn't touch that while we were there. If there were 4 people in the cottage then it would be a little cramped- the sofa only seats 2 so another comfortable chair would help.
