Nice, spacious apartment, right on the lake shore. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, the bedding also, and the balcony you can reach from both bedrooms, overlooking the lake, is superb. The living room and the kitchen are spacious, well equipped and practical.

MAJOR ISSUE FOR US. You need to climb down 60 staircases and then up 6 more to reach the apartment from the road level. No exaggeration, we counted. And of course you have to climb back up 60 + 6 staircases, every time you wish to go out to visit and when you come back. The main description in Booking.com does not explicitly mention staircases. Although the "facilities description" below (when you scroll down) mentions "external stairs", it does not describe at all the reality of climbing up and down 60 + 6 staircases for those who stay in the apartment. I think this is absolutely necessary to mention explicitly. We clearly explained this to RentAllComo agency who manages this property. And asked for assistance to bring up our luggage to the car parking when we left. I am happy to say that they gladly provided that assistance.

A falta de supermercados na redondeza, penso que seria bom avisar os hospedes para irem já com as compras feitas. Para conseguirmos estar ao pé do lago, a casa tinha acesso um pouco difícil, dado que tinha uma escadaria grande, porém esta informação foi dada pelo anfitrião, por isso já estávamos a contar

Lezzeno is a little less busy than other towns and has fewer restaurants and bar options.

Very well equipped, clean and easy to access. Yes, there are many steps to reach the apartment but remember you only need to get your luggage upstairs once. 😉

The downstairs shower head was leaking. Perhaps it needs some Teflon tape.

Het uitzicht is werkelijk adembenemend, het prive-strand aan het meer heel praktisch; de airco werkt prima; het is een groot huis

Er viel heel wat tegen: het huis is duidelijk nooit bewoond geweest en er mankeert heel wat in de uitrustiging, bvb keukengerief (er zijn geen snijdende messen, spatels, keukenhanddoeken, peper/zout, snijplank, theetassen...); er is ook geen parasol op het terras/strandje hoewel de zon er wel schijnt tot 10u in de ochtend en dan terug tussen 17u en 21u (juli); er hingen overal spinnen en spinnewebben; het is erg ongezellig ingericht (alles wit en geen enkele decoratie); er is totaal geen toeristische info; de verhuurder antwoordt snel via Whatsapp maar doet niets om te helpen (bvb er was geen zout meer in de afwasmachine maar dat werd ook niet opgelost)
