Nothing I didn't even use the accommodation, they said their service with booking.com is no more, even today I didn't gey my refund, had to book another accommodation., their phone number ring but no answer

I never entered, they only took the money via booking dot Com and the place doesn't exist Scamming the customer's

That place is a total scam

I arrived at the address provided. Then phoned the number. The woman aid to hoot then someone will open. After hooting a few times and no one opening I phoned the woman again. She said oh there's no one there and i need to go to another address that was 20 minutes away. There was a decent enough room but the house was in the middle of an informal settlement. The woman on the phone was terribly rude also. Luckily I just booked there for one night.

They answered the phone when I called that I booked in and upon arrival someone spoke behind the locked gate that the place is no more operational

We booked for 2 adults and our 11 year old son. When we arrived we were told that there wasn't place for our son amd I we wanted him to stay we would need to book and pay for an extra room

Did not like the facilities at all and cancelled but no return was sent to me.

A scam if you ask me as they get you too book for Pinetown then sent you off to another location saying they have no water but it is there own facility or home.
