"Not worth the stay."

Location was ok to shops

Parking, dirt, stains, back yard overgrown. Unable to use. Garage messy.

The location, the comfortable beds and the warmth of the sun coming through the house.

Unfortunately, there was quite a strong cigarette smell in the lounge and a lot stronger in the upstairs main bedroom. We were out most of the days but definitely unpleasant when we were there.

Location good as we were going to game at Eden Park. Quiet Neighbourhood. Comfortable beds. Good shower & TV set-up.

General state of apartment not great - stains on carpet, courtyard untidy etc
