The host was very attentive and professional when I advised of an issue I identified after shortly after arriving. It's located in a very quite street just off of the main road with plenty of shops.

There was a stain on the sofa and dishwasher was left dirty, and I had to wait over 24 hours for this to be rectified by a cleaner.

The host Zayd, conducted himself professionally from the get go. He was helpful and even allowed my parents to collect an item they accidently left in the property well after check-out time. I like the location and the free parking. Very easy to travel to and from with the added peace of mind that you wont find a ticket on your car. I liked the Kitchen. Clean, complete and easy to cook in. It was a pleasure to use the Kitchen I liked the main beds, they were very comfortable. I liked the option to sit outside, we had good weather during our stay, a pleasant experience. The wifi was speedy and never had an issue. Pleasant neighbours in a quiet cul-de-sac. Can't go wrong with that. Pricing was very fair in my opinion. You would have to pay a lot more for similar properties, just a little bit closer into the city.

The garden could use a spruce up. It did not affect our comfort while relaxing in the garden. Its more a visual problem. You could do with providing a layer of memory foam for the sofa bed. My back did not like the unforgiving sofa bed.

Location

No WiFi as advertised No tv as advertised A radiator in the bathroom crackled and pinged so loudly it was exactly like heavy hard rain on sheet tin roofing , very intrusive throughout the flat but worse - loud enough to keep us awake all night despite closed doors. The sofa absolutely reeks of urine ! A large urine stain on the seat pad and another one the backrest. Vile and a health hazard. We didn’t use the sofa . Forced to use hard chairs at dining table with no tv or WiFi . The worst property we’ve ever stayed in via this website. Avoid at all costs.

The location & there was access to a garden.

The sofa back was broken, the shower wasn’t connected to the wall, the noise in the above flat was ridiculous as it was noisy through to early hours so we had no sleep and there was no access to any movies / sky on the tv.

Only free parking was ok

The stay in the apartment was not what we expected because when choosing it I read the opinions. For me, the opinions were not consistent with what we found, every night noise from the apartment that was above us, the cleanliness also leaves much to be desired, mold in the bathroom, the kitchen was not cleaned well, the smell in the apartment was not very pleasant I had to buy an air freshener, you had to be careful when sitting on a chair because they were not screwed together solidly.
