Sometimes we smell the sewerage in the house

The retreat house was super cozy, clean, nice and we all enjoyed the pool. We would come again.

The owner was a great man and always tried to help with everything thank for accommodation was perfect

Large and modern town house. The garage with direct access was great and the plunge pool was fantastic. 15 min walk to Los Gigantes. Definitely recommend this place.

Bad drain smell from downstairs toilet but ok if door left shut.

Loved the contemporary feel of the property. Liked the plunge pool. Good location for the supermarket etc literally 100 yds up the hill. Quiet area but can walk easily to bars and restaurants. Lovely views of the sea and sunset from the balcony.

There is a lot to like about The Retreat House.....great location, nice complex, generally well kitted out, the terrace with the private pool is lovely, the main bedrooms have very comfortable beds, a very practical and safe private garage, the apartment manager is very helpful, the complex pools were very well maintained and a good temperature for swimming.......we enjoyed a fabulous week's holiday.

The apartment is described as having three bedrooms with four beds sleeping six people........the two large double bedrooms are great but the fourth bed is a pull out under a single bed in the smaller third bedroom. When we arrived we had to find the pull out bed and bedding, as it was not even made up (although we had notified that we were a party of 6!). This smaller room space wasn't really enough for two beds as, when the pull out was in use, it left only a tiny gap between the beds (just about enough for kids) and limited other floor space. The apartment is stated as three bathroom but it is really 2.5 bathroom as there is only a WC on the the main level (so anyone sleeping in the third bedroom has to make their way upstairs for a shower etc.).
