AUIt was very clean, comfortable and had the advantage of having a kitchen and washing machine.
Maybe a book with instructions of the washing machine, air conditioning might be helpful

SGElectronic shades helped keep the light out for sleeping! Comfortable beds! Owner was v accommodating on check-in time, we arrived late due to flights.
Do note that the property is a ground floor unit and whilst not next to a busy road, means less privacy.
UAIt was super awesome experince to visit Como. We were late for the appointed check-in time and the landlord was always in touch and waited for us to check into the Apartment. We are very grateful for the assistance provided during check-in, especially after a difficult journey. We were also waiting for a pleasant gift personally from the owners. The apartment was very comfortable for a long stay, very clean and is located in a stunning location where it is quiet and a short walk to the historical center and restaurants. We want to say huge thanks for oportunity to stay here and would be happy to visit Como again here in Shades of Lake.
USWe stayed for 2 nights and would have stayed longer. Everything was taken care of. Our host, Giacomo was always willing to help. The apartment is perfectly equipped. All new appliances. To many good things to name. On top of it, location is perfect. 200 feet from the heart of Como.
