The flat page doesn't mention it, but this is not an apartment. It's a shop, on the street which has a glass door, no additional lock, and entry only with a basic code. During the day, there were refugees on the street. Also the door was tempered many times. You can see in photos. I had to put my children and wife in the rooms and sleep in the living room myself, placing a table in front of the entrance glass door. I asked many times just the door key but they didn't help on this regard. They didn't help cleaning also since there wasn't even a soap!! It was awful!!!

Location was fantastic and within easy reach of lots of bars and cafes. Also easy to walk into the centre for the tourist attractions. The beds were very comfortable and just what we needed following a very trying journey to get there.

The instructions to find the apartment were confusing and we ended up trying the code in the wrong door - so a photo of the door and apartment number would be valuable for future guests. Due to our delayed arrival due to the national power cuts we knew that other people had the code for the door, which was the only entry, with no key. So we didn't feel completely secure whilst our possessions were there but were out visiting other places. It would have been good to also have a key so that we felt that it was securely locked. There was some trouble with our check in, but this was sorted out efficiently by the owner.

- The location in Malasana was excellent, as was the size of the apartment. - Comfortable beds - Modern decor and renovated, including good sized bathrooms - Ground level apartment with own entrance straight onto the street. - Washing machine in the apartment is helpful and there is a laundromat nearby to dry clothes if needed.

- The washing machine & dishwasher do not connect to power (there is no socket installed). We had to buy power board / extension cord and remove a drawer to be able to connect these. The dishwasher was full of mould, obviously because it had never been used but there were dirty dishes inside. - There is a foul smell coming from the ensuite bathroom which suggests a drainage issue, so the main bedroom also smells damp. - There is no natural light and there are only 2 small windows that came be opened (ensuite bathroom & bunk room). - There is a motorbike / scooter parking area outside the main door which means that lights shine in at all times of the night, which would be an issue if anyone was sleeping on the fold-out couch. - The whatsapp 'host' messaging service feels like it is outsourced and not really the host. Delayed responses and not helpful. We left something behind in the room and the host said 'oh, we couldn't find anything' and that response was 2 days later, after I had to follow up again.

Everything was good, the apartment is fully equipped and the location is good. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
