"This is THE place to stay if you want to feel like part of Deruta."

The location, in a quiet corner of the historic center, cannot be beat. The house is cozy, traditional, and recently renovated, with beautiful fixtures and decorations. The hosts are a friendly family who live down the street and have ties to the local ceramic industry.

The kitchen was a little spartan, with no dish towels and no moka (ubiquitous Italian coffee maker). Breakfast was not provided. The lock on the front door is tricky: it takes a few moments to understand how to insert and turn the key correctly. Test it with the door open (people can get locked inside)!

"Gorgeous house in a beautiful old town center. Choose this one!"

This is a beautifully restored old house in the historic center of Deruta. Historic Deruta is small, quiet and known for its beautiful ceramics. The hosts were so nice, welcoming us personally and coming back to the property to say goodbye when we left. Although we arrived later than expected, they assured us it was no problem. This is definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed and also a great value for the money.
