Views, location and facilities

Not as clean as expected. Furniture dirty, leather seating marked. Dead flies in lounge, crumbs under table. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean

Excellent modern luxury accommodation. (Watchtower Penthouse) Plenty of space. Unbelievable views.

Absolutely stunning apartment with amazing service and breathtaking views

Nothing it was perfect

The location was perfect, amazing views over the harbour. Lovely sun terrace too. The apartment was beautifully situated. Definitely had the wow factor. We chose to walk down to Lynmouth each day and didn't use the car at all. Although the walk back to the apartment was not for the faint-hearted, not too long, but pretty steep. It was lovely to use the cliff railway up to Linton too. The customer care team arranged for a mix of cheese and cold meat to be delivered by the Little Deli up in Linton and it was absolutely delicious.

When we arrived in Lynmouth our satnav took us up a cliff road, which was horrendous. We met a car coming downwards and they advised us where the main entrance to the Apartments were. We had to back up and go back down to the main road. Not a nice experience!!!!! Also just a suggestion, it was beautiful to have such a light airy sitting area, but the sun was full on, making it difficult to find a place in the apartment to sit and actually be able to see out. Wondered whether some roller blinds or something similar cld be installed, so that it cld just be pulled down a little to give a bit of shade at the brightest part of the day. This isn't a criticism, just a thought.

Bright, spacious, and well-equipped penthouse with amazing views. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The highlight was definitely the view! Communication with the owner was easy and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended.
