The room was exceptionally clean, brilliant air conditioning and water/snacks available. There was an option for breakfast but I was travelling with family so I had breakfast with them every morning but the option was still there for me. The hosts were also very accommodating, communication was fantastic and help with transport was fantastic.

Actually almost everything. First, the welcome was incredibly warm and nice, the check-in smooth, informative and all in all very efficient. We were greeted by Valeria, who seems to be the landlady here. The bed was super comfy, the room itself very nice, the Whirlpool behind the bed absolutely incredible. What an idea! The bathroom was amazingly luxurious! Also worth mentioning is the fact that there is a really well sorted supermarket just a few meters away, so any kind of supplies is never a problem. Since you have access to a big community room with an espresso machine and cooking facilities that is really gonna make your life easier, if you prefer to make your own meals. (Keep in mind that in Italy you will have difficulties finding a restaurant between 1 and 6 to 7 pm, since almost every one of them is closed during siesta time...) We stayed for two days and enjoyed it a lot, the B&B is located in a very culturally and environmentally rich area, you can use it as your perfectly centered base camp and head off in any direction you want. Naples, 1 hour away. The ancient sites of Herculaneum and Pompeji, 30 to 40 Minutes. The coast of Amalfi, one to one and a half hours away. Mount Vesuvio, right on top of you, approximately 30 to 40 minutes to the parking area below the crater. All distances are roughly estimated by car...

Only one big and two minor things 1: The room itself is, sorry to say, poorly soundproofed. The noise of the telefone at the reception desk sounds like it's ringing inside the room, any kind of people talking in the floors could actually talk as well right beside your bed, wouldn't probably make it any louder. There are ways to improve this without investing in big reconstructions, maybe just completely sealing the door itself would do the trick? There's lots of light running through the door slits on all sides, so the gaps are not that small... 2: The included breakfast. You can choose to get it delivered to your room, but if you want to see what to choose from, you need to go to the Chill Out Bar, which is located off site by 5 minutes by car (almost 20 minutes in foot). Plus, the typical Italian idea of a breakfast resembles that in French very much: a croissant and a coffee/espresso. Not much for northern European standards, but actually something that we could easily adapt to. I just think it's important to know... 3: Not really a thing for me but a bit weird, the area where the Donna Sisita is situated appears to be no match for a facility like this. I found it more funny than disturbing, but if you expect the surrounding area to be accordingly clean and luxurious, you will be surprised... 😬
