La Casa di Alice

The room was well located. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite clean and modern.

I suggest improving the breakfast quality. Instead of providing milk, coffee cubes, and cakes for complete stay at once, owner should make contact with some near by cafe where guests can go and drink a hot coffee and eat fresh croissant on a daily basis. Moreover, there was a humidity issue in the room. Towels and clothes don't get dry.

Apartment was small and basic but very clean . However I want to compliment the girl who was managing my stay . So helpful and communicative to all my dilemmas . I am a solo traveler and had a few anxious moments. She was excellent and very patient and kind .

I was happy there as it was for 1 night only . But was small for any longer stay .

I really enjoyed how close to everything it is. It’s a nice soft cocoon ideal for a weekend out in Perugia.

Nothing really, kitchen is a bit small but it’s well thought out.

The newly remodeled room was very comfortable and clean. Sabrina was very helpful and met our every request. The location is fabulous! . . . so close to the historic center of town.

The host is very friendly and helpful, and the place is very cozy and well equipped.

La Casa di Alice is a compact, comfortable and highly effective studio flat in the northeast of Perugia’s old town. For arrival from Perugia rail station, take the Minimetrò from Fontivegge, which is metres away along a pedestrian path. Get out at Pincetto station. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk with luggage. The kitchen area is tiny but perfectly functional and the inclusion of a traditional moka stove-top coffee pot is a nice touch. The shower room has a generously sized handbasin. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our Genius booking. Close to the studio there's a great pizza place for eating in or takeaway (Pizzeria Porta Pesa), two small supermarkets, a pasticceria and Babilon Kebab, which does delicious falafel. The most direct route to the attractions around Piazza IV Novembre is uphill and involves steps, but only takes about 10 minutes. We loved Perugia and La Casa di Alice is a great place to stay.

The toilet flush was weak.
