We selected the room because of the location nearby the the family we where visiting. Instructions for check in where clear. WiFi was available.

While the pictures on booking com looking good, it gives to us a total different impression. The bedroom was poorly ventilated and the heating was turned off. We where surprised that both the bathrooms are not on the same floor, making this for us very uncomfortable for the night. The bedroom doors have an electronically keylock and have to be unlocked every time. The only wall socket in the room was occupied by the fridge. No free socket for charging phone. For the provided comfort, price was extremely to high . Due our late arrival, we decided not to contact the owner to try to find a solution , instead concentrating our efforts to to get an other accommodation for the night. This deprived the owner of the opportunity to find a solution. However, we were so disappointed that we probably wouldn't be able to reach an agreement.
