Clean, tidy and great location

Someone had left rubbish bags outside another apartment the whole time there

Spacious flat, very clean, well equipped kitchen and good quality bedlinen and towels. Secure car parking (at additional cost) was a bonus. Good location as a base with a car.

The hot water system had been completely switched off so when we went to shower in the morning the water was cold. Tried the boost button, as per instructions, but still cold. Eventually worked out the system had been shut down completely. Also no bulb in main bedroom lamp, as per previous reviews and toilet seat doesn't fit and slides about.

Large flat. Comfortable sofa. Smart TV.

Zero hot water. Dirty plates. Dirty cup. Dirty oven. Dirty oven trays. Stained bed runner . Filthy foot stool. Badly stained sofa. Blinds in twin bedroom meaning light got in so wake up early.

Range of utensils/ cookware limited Cleanliness wasn’t great there were areas that were very dirty kitchen / bedrooms We felt unsafe in the area

spacious, location pretty close to city centre. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen kind of well equipped, but in the end you might ahve to buy even oil and salt...

Neighbourhood a bit dodgy. Apartment is perfectly clean, but everything dirty as soon as you step out the front door. And why can't you open the windows?! But I guess this is the ways it is in all of Sheffield (or the UK?)....ventilation working perfectly though. - No contact with the owners except for quick messages over messaging App. - The price for the parking is twice as much as in the description (didn't use it in the end though)

Communcation with hosts was fantastic. Nice, homely flat with soft, comfortable beds and sofa. TV worked fine just need to make the effort to read the instruction booklet. Lovely shower and bathroom, close to takeaways and town centre. We cooked our evening meal for our family of four using the well equipped kitchen which also included a microwave and a dishwasher. There were instructions on the wall for the wifi, heating, rubbish and hot water which was really helpful. The front door triple locked. Thank you!

The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet so moved around abit and the bathroom door didn't quite shut properly. We bought a bottle of wine but there was no corkscrew to open it, despite the otherwise well equipped kitchen! Also, in the lounge it would make it easier in the evenings to relax if there was a lamp on the TV side of the room as when dusk fell it was quite dark and difficult to read. There were no lightbulbs in the bedroom lamps.

The apartment was clean and comfy. The Location was convenient and close to the town and shops.

The hot water was running out fast.

Hot water ran out after one and a half showers which wasn't ideal for family of 4, instructors could of been left on how to boost water temperature

Looked good and was in a great location

Bathroom door only closed when forced and it didn't lock. The television also wouldn't turn on. No correspondence about parking space, had to contact property on arrival. Parking bay didn't match what fob was in the box. All very confusing after a long journey
