Lisa Marie was excellent with communication throughout & understanding & accommodating when traffic delayed our arrival by two hours. Lovely peaceful location convenient for us visiting family nearby

"I would’ve expected that in the middle of winter that the gas would’ve been checked prior to the booking, poor planning"

Very clean

The gas ran out while we were out and we came home at night to a freezing lodge (January) with nothing we could do about it. We had a baby with us too small to use a duvet safely.

As I am on crutches, it was so good to have everything on one level, especially having an ensuite toilet. It was great to have a king size bed and a socket on each side of the bed. My son enjoyed the little bedroom as the bed was comfy. The location of the site was brilliant for us to visit family.

There were two things that we struggled to sort out, the WiFi and HD TV. Neither really bothered us.
