"Not perfect...."

The house was clean and tidy, and comfortable.

The house is quite 'out of the way' but also very noisy with the surrounds and being close to the motorways and the work for HS2. The facilities were a little tired also, and it would have been nice to at least have some tea and coffee making facilities. For the cost, I feel it needed some extra touches.

"Such a beautiful property!"

The property was equipped with everything anyone would possibly need. For how big the property is, there was plenty of heaters which kept it warm throughout the night. Hosts were lovely, even leaving us a box of chocolates as a welcome. Host reached out to me with all check in information as well as anything else we needed to know and was extremely helpful throughout the whole stay as was easily contactable.

"Beautiful Home, great for a stay if going NEC"

Friendly & Accommodating Host! House is spacious and loads of beds. Quite location. If your going to NEC, FANTASTIC LOCATION.

Kitchen alittle bit of a pain to work with, no plug sockets for Toaster ect, Dishwasher other side to sink. Got Cold at night, 1 Radiator to whole of lounge, dinning & kitchen however fire was amazing for heat. No door on one of the upstairs rooms or bathroom (no privacy)
