Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Majitel má plně vybaven tento byt - věšák na prádlo, pračku, vnitroblok- technické zázemí na sušení prádla, odtok klimatizace.. Kuchyň - plně vybavena, včetně jaru, houbičky, gel na praní, mýdlo. Čaje, cukr, sůl, toasty, marmelády, káva. Připravená chlazená voda v lednici (vč. mrazáku). Majitel velmi ochotný, komunikace po whats up (překladač vše jistil :-)). Pláž byla v docházkové vzdálenosti cca 10min jedna, další 20min, pokud nechcete dojíždět. cca 3min minimarket a kavárna nejenom se skvělými italskými cannoli. S parkováním je to složitější, ale místo najdete.

The location is perfect, you are just outside Ortigia like 10 minute walk. The communication with Daniel was okay, there was self check-in. The price is great too. There is free parking in the street and we didn´t have any trouble to find a spot. The appartment is great, big, well equipted, you have even a small inside courtyard. You have fully equipted kitchen for cooking, a free breakfast spot with coffee, tea and something sweet. We booked this bcoz it has a washing machine. There were a little trouble, bcoz it woudn´t start, but Daniel quickly responded and than arrived and fix it. So everything end up perfectly.

I would recommend to add to the description, that the city tax is payd on location. We stayed at 10 accomodations in Sicily, city tax is mandatory, but ether its in description, how much do you pay in cash on spot, or its within the price of booking. So we thought it was in price of booking, but Daniel asked us to pay it in cash on spot. Please add this to the description for future guests, so there wouldn´t be any trouble.

After we booked the apartment, the owner promptly left us a message and also sent a video demonstrating how to self-check in. Our car was free to park directly in front of the apartment, which made everything very convenient. The apartment was clean, the house had very good light insulation and was well equipped. I can say that this apartment is very good value for money, if you want to live on the island, the same apartment is almost twice as expensive, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk into the island from here or 3 minutes to drive and parking on island(€1.5 per hour). That's why we chose this place. Many thanks to the owner for his hospitality!
