Beautiful situation and views.

No immediate parking, and owner’s directions from where parking is available were useless. CLEAR MAP NEEDED, with ARROWS. We spent 40 minutes dragging our suitcases trying to find it, when it is actually 5-10 minutes from where we parked. I have only recently recovered from cancer treatment and found it gruelling. Only finally found it thanks to helpful locals and my rudimentary Spanish! Satnav and Google maps don’t work for the inner streets of Casarabonela. It was very cold. A really good host might have turned some heating on before we arrived. You are required to schlepp your own rubbish away to bins which are some way - streets and steep steps - away from the property, on the way back to where they tell you to park. Provisions very basic. Just one soap dispenser in the bathroom, and in the kitchen a half empty Maxwell House coffee jar and a few tea bags. How about putting in a Nesspresso machine with coffee and milk capsules? We did not feel in the least bit welcome or looked after.

The interior which is really pretty and pays attention to detail. The small outdoor area adds the final touch! The landlady was very responsive.

No close parking as the streets are too small. It was hard to carry our luggage up the hill. Also, the instructions of how to reach the flat were difficult to decipher.

Very cozy apartment, everything is perfectly clean and comfortable. Quick communication with the owner and useful advice. Very convenient location to visit attractions around by car such as Ronda, Cominto del Ray, Setenil de las Bodegas. And in the evening you can relax peacefully on the large, cozy veranda. I definitely recommend!

the house was so quaint, cobbled courtyard, authentically Spanish which I love. directions and entry were first class and any questions were answered very promptly.

not much to be honest , perhaps a thicker mattress topper on the sofa bed ,but not an issue.
