Tiny studio 2 min walking distance from the port

Amazing value for money. Really sweet accommadation

Struggled initially finding the building

The location is great. The studio is really tiny, but clean . Bathroom very good.

There was no available space to park the car. The host could have been more proactive in informing us about the traffic and parking situation in downtown Volos. After we contacted her, she advised us to park at the port, which required an additional payment.

It delivered what it stated it would, close to the port, good for one night; prompt reply from the host when needed too!

Shower needed a squeezer for the floor but for one night only it does the job

Nice small studio, very well equipped. It's quite small so if you need your space then it might not be for you. It suited our needs so we didn't mind at all. Nice location, convenient to get around. Nice big balcony with a view.

Everything was fine for us

We only needed a place to stay for one night after arriving to Volos by bus, as we were getting on a ferry to the island first thing the next day. So this tiny apartment was sufficient. It is small, but we only wanted a bed and shower and the bed was comfortable with clean linen and the shower was hot with fluffy towels. there was a small fridge and kettle for coffee making, which we didnt use. Just enough room for our two medium sized suitcases. Easy walking distance to the port and centrally located enough to provide us with plenty of eating options. Would recommend for one night stay. Everything was as promoted.

Water from bath leaked everywhere and made a mess.

It's basically a room. It's more realistic to think of it as a room than as a studio. But it's centrally located and convenient in that respect.

The whole process has become extremely impersonal. We got an email including details about how to enter the apartment: all in English, although we're Greek. We were told to pick up the key from a box. We never met a person, upon arrival or departure. Some people might love this. I think something's lost when the process of renting becomes so impersonal - especially if you think about how Airbnb got started... The apartment is nicely furnished, but the street gets loud (at least during the weekend).
