The apartment was in a non-touristy ordinary residential area. Easy 10-15 minute trip into city centre by bus, the stop was a couple of minutes walk from apartment. We also walked to and from the city centre, for example through leafy Ormeau Park to the Botanic gardens.. On our last day we enjoyed a 45 minute walk to the city airport including along a river cycle path, via CS Lewis Square and through Alexandra Park. We used the large Tesco ten minutes walk away (with a smaller supermaket open later on Sundays). There was no noise coming from inside other apartments in the block or surrounding houses. The apartment had all the facilities we needed - it was nice to have a bath and not just a shower, and the overall vibe was very pleasant.

Apartment needs some minor improvements: one of the blinds in the lounge would open but the other one wouldn't work - the slats couldn't be opened, which meant less light in the main living area. As has been mentioned by another guest, the front door to the apartment rattled when people came in and out of the entrance door to the block: we wedged a sock to the side of the door which solved this but some kind of permanent liner needs to be fitted. Some parts of the kitchen, like the hob extractor, the grill pan rack and some utensils could have been cleaner, and the fake plants, whilst attractive, were dusty. The wardrobe door gets very stuck on the carpet and made it difficult to open far enough. A minor point, but there were also areas of paintwork which needed attention and this would have given a better vibe. These things didn't spoil our stay but could easily be rectified for the next person!

"bon emplacement facile d'accès mais literie et draps a revoir"

bon emplacement, logement spacieux , arret de bus a 5 min pour le centre ville et supermarché a 10 min à pied. ( environ 15 min de bus pour le centre ville, 30 min du musée titanic , 40 min de l'aeroport belfast city st George et 1h20 de Belfast international)

pas d'alese sur les lits et draps troués et tachés, ,matelas qui ont du vécu on a du acheté des draps, pas d'éponge présente on en a aussi acheté une. . sinon logemet suffisant pour dormir demandant quelques rafraichissements ( peinture qui s"écaille par endroit) hote pleine de graisse

Location was fine. Nice view from apartment. Size of apartment was fine for 2/3 people max.

Had problem with one lock when arrived. Plus door rattles with wind. Handle on window in main bedroom broken very dangerous. Bathroom needs repairs done and also damp as Silverfish insects running about everywhere. Very little hanging space. Would have appreciated a little info left in apartment about Belfast but all there was a sign telling us not to be noisy as neighbours complain and we might be fined 250 pounds. Not a very nice sign to see when entering the apartment.
