Building was rather old, but IT was ok to us.
GBIt is well maintained apartment with good mountain view, which is located in Pedro hotel site with restaurant and swimming pool, it's easy to travel to Los Cristianos by bus. The host is kind and easy to communicate.

CZThere was everything as listed, o lot more stuff in kitchen, which we liked as we were cooking by ourselves. Basic salt/pepper also there. It is within complex of hotel, where can you access the pooll, which is long enough for swimminf (in the morning/evening) when there are not tourists. AC is strong, which is going to be necessary, as even in October, it is hot.
For us it was the only sheet and the bed a bit too small, but that is subjective I would say.
GBthe address is not easy to be retrieved on GoogleMaps and the owner did not provide proper directions (in due time) on how to get to the property and where is the car park. It was complicated to communicate with the owner as they do not speak English and they are not fast replying on the booking.com messaging platform. Big issues with the smell from the pipes, water blockages that stinks and the fact that the toilet needs many flushes after being used, as there is not enough water inside the basin so you must flush several times after one use. Extremely hot in the flat because it was not insulated properly, being on the last floor of the building.
IEEverything. Excellent owner, I made a mistake with my booking, he didn't see a problem at all, get sorted quickly. The apartment has everything that you need, even a coffee maker or orange juice squeezer, shower gel, shampoo, beach towels, everything!! Clean, nicely decorated with owners' paintings .Situated in Palia Don Pedro complex, which maybe is not a 5 stars hotel but quite, safe and apart from the busy and not that safe areas. Costa Silencio is also great for quiet and not party people like we are. Just go there and mix with locals!!!
